MakeLearn & TIIM 2015 conference theme focuses on Managing Intellectual Capital and Innovation for Sustainable and Inclusive Society. Intellectual Capital integrates intangible assets such as organizational structure with organizational culture, employee’s capacity and management relationships. This creates additional value and helps an enterprise to acquire a competitive advantage in the market. One of the most challenging processes in this respect is how to manage the intellectual capital. Managing Intellectual Capital includes managing human capital and managing innovation. Human capital consists of various skills and knowledge possessed by employees for the sustainable development of the enterprise, but also the entire economy and society. Strengthening human capital and encouraging innovation then positively relates to the creation of a sustainable and inclusive society.
