Call for Papers: Taxation, Institutions and Firm’s Behavior

The International Journal of Law and Tax will publish a special issue from contributions presented at the MakeLearn & TIIM Joint Conference 2016.

 

The scope of the issue will include (but not limited to): taxation, corruption and firm’s entry, taxation and shadow economy, institutional weakness and firm’s performance, market imperfections, firm profitability and investment, EU regulations and firm’s internationalization, intellectual property law and firm’s competitiveness, tax competition and foreign direct investment, tax avoidance and anti-avoidance legislation.
